Morning Star Shines In addition to teaching yoga at LHC, Morning Star also produces some wonderful mists, made with essential oils, flower essences, and vibrational salts. They are great for getting your energy field aligned with your physical body. Use these when you're working out and you'll feel fantastic! William Ross, MD Dr. Ross provides free 15-minute consultations at LHC, one Tuesday evening each month, from 6-7:15PM. Check with the front desk for the exact date each month. We all work out to get stronger, improve our bodies and our health. However, we occasionally get hurt or strain a muscle. When this happens, Dr. Ross can help you with proper care and treatment for a full and speedy recovery. Bill Ross has been a specialist in sports medicine for over 20 years and is board certified in Family Practice and Sports Medicine. He is the Medical Director of the Center for Sports Medicine at Walnut Creek.
